i'm afraid that my review isn't going to be quite as technical as the ones by the bdsm greats below! i thought the story was extremely well written and enjoyed the level of detail given to the party...happenings. i rarely enjoy first person stories with a female sub because the ones i've read have not often "reached" me. this one was quite the opposite. i found that spitman's understanding of the female sub psyche (or maybe just mine?) to be quite insightful. (10/10)

Tough story to rate. The "sentence-by-sentence" writing, the author's use of language, his correctness, etc was well worthy of an '8' or '9'. I just didn't think he had much of a story to tell. Lots of piercing, many ingenious bondages, and quite a few characters -- but I didn't find any of them particularly interesting. Almost all of the considerable suffering is consensual, too, which is a negative for me, including the rather shocking denouement, which I didn't care for. In other words -- a great story -- except for the story. ;-) Folks more attuned to the subject matter may well rate it a point or two higher. I look for better things from this author who clearly has a way with words. (7/10)

A program may be needed to keep track of all of the players/characters.<br>Original reading that entertains if one can only ignore the first person narrative used throughout.
And as for the forthcoming, Spitman's promised "Vegas" should be at least equally as good... (7/10)

- Thank you Faibhar. First person has its place, but it can be difficult to do. There are also changes of tense to distinguish flashbacks. I'm glad you found the story entertaining. Hopefully you will like my more recent stories such as 'Checkout' and 'Vegas' which will appear here soon.
