Whilst i like the premis of this story i do agree with JimmyJump that the way we, the reader, are brought up-to-date on the story's setting is patronizing. There is already a short preamble, so it would have been much better to set the scene there and left the story for the story. Silversea also has a point about the"country corn" it was distracting at first, but i did get used to it by the second chapter. Overall a good idea that really does need a little more attention. The story also could do with the additional (final?) chapter that was promised back in February 2009 (5/10)

Okay, so the idea isn't bad. It's the execution of the idea that's not what it should be. You don't need to go 300 years into the future to wait for fossile fuels to expire, nor to ban nuclear plants. In 300 years from now, they'll prolly have all the big deserts covered with solar panels and windmills for energy. Also, the author wants to bring us up-to-date with how things are handled in the year 2309, by letting some of the characters answer stupid questions in a more than patronizing way. Story also has a bit from the movies "Logan's Run" and "The Chronicles Of Riddick". Anyway, there's lots of space for improvement here. JJ (5/10)

- I found this story very enjoyable, and arousing. But it did have several moderate flaws. The biggest is the author trying to imitate country corn pone dialog was irritating, and distracted from the story.
The religious idea of a culling just was not quite believable. But over all it was an erotic story, the idea of a free woman being enslaved, and treated the same as women she kept as slaves was a turn on. The auction scene could have been better. Over all it was a nice story, but the idea isnt all it could have been.
