Ariel writes in such a way, that the reader steps right into Ariel's comfort zone --because Ariel feels absolutely comfortable with herself and with what she writes-- making it easy for that reader to relax and contemplate the writings without the burden of hard edges or uncomfortable bulges and bumps.
Also, once the reader is inside the story --inside Ariel's private world-- one feels like being inside a fairytale. But not the Walt Disney kind. More the Pixar kind, because there's still this air of juvenile rebellion, the childlike teasing; a teasing untainted by afterthoughts or malice.
Ariel writes her shorts in the tradition of the Masters, like the brothers Grimm, or Hans Christian Anderson. And just like the aformentioned, Ariel Emms is at least as skilled at what she does and has an imagination which eaquals that of those Masters.
Great writing.

A good build up but rather a quick and unlikely twist at the end. A good short story. (8/10)

I read ariel's work, The almost adventures of ariel emms, d.i.t., before reading this one.
After laughing joyously at the author's BDSM humor story, I was curious about her other works.
This story, while a complete contrast in both style and content to the aforementioned work doesn't let the reader down.
It's hot, it's erotic, it's sensual, it's sexy and in parts is quite chilling also.
Simply put, this lady can write! She will keep you captivated with her stories and you will be doing yourself, and her writing, a disservice if you don't read her works! (10/10)
