Wow, I must have read this story 10 years ago! Did you first write it? And when I first read it all that time ago, I thought it was one of the best I've read. I've been searching again for it since (couldn't remember the title and the site it used to be on has shut down) but have to say, well maybe I've been spoilt since or perhaps I'd coloured my memory of it, but it just isn't as good as I first thought. Still highly recommended though, and if you are the original author, thanks very much for re-posting it. (7/10)
