This starts well, but the score is probationary. EDIT: …and it didn't continue well. Many, many 'wrong word' misspellings and random lack of capitalization made this a chore to work through, and then the story became less interesting. I couldn't even finish part two. Grammar and punctuation appear sound. (6/10)

- Harsh but certainly fair!! The misspelling of words such as 'there' instead of their and 'were' instead of where, was stupity on my behalf! (I completed story and just pressed spell check!)Any hints and tips you could give me would be gratefully received as this is my first story and am just finding my feet. hopefully constructive advice will help me improve.

- Hi, Pembo.
Well, asking for a more constructive criticism is also fair. Obviously I saw something I liked in your initial posting, so I should have balanced my review better. I'm afraid the best I can do for you is to mention that there is SUPPOSED to be a section of the Forum attached to this Library site in which writers can ask for advice, request editors, and get sort of 'pre-reviews' of their work before they post it for the general public to consume and comment on. Please look for it… and if you find it, tell me where it is! I've gone looking for it a couple of times and come up empty. Such a thing would be really useful, and not just to you.
